Thanks to all who replied (and inquired). For those who inquired, here's
what I learned: The park is up 35W, off the County Road I exit, with the
parking area east of 35W on the north side of County Road I. The 2-mile
trail south of County Road I is marsh and grassland, with the promise of
meadowlarks, bluebirds, sparrows, and marsh birds.

One person reports there also is an entrance where county road H dead ends
just east of 35W. Take 35W north to exit 28B (US 10), then turn right at the
light at CR H. Park at the culdesac where H ends.

Thanks, all, and happy birding this Memorial Day weekend!
