Hi, Though I live 15 miles from SW Minnesota, have travelled to Duluth multiple times (MN 23 is 16 miles from my house and diagonally across Minnesota is a great trip), have been to the cities and Northfield, etc., I have never been to MW Minnesota: Clay, Polk, Kittson Counties and Felton Prairie, etc. WOuld love to see Glacial Lake Agassiz beaches, etc.
Reading about these wonders again in Kim Eckert's book, I am inspired and thus determined to go. Can anyone tell me which spots there are most productive right now? And would anyone further south like to join me? I can pick up 3 others. I'm guessing it's an overnight from Sioux Falls. If we find really good stuff, maybe 2 nights.
