Around 4:00 an adult male Long - tailed Duck was observed on eastern Vadnais Lake at the northern end and near the between-the-lakes road. It was in company with a great number of Ring - necked Ducks and small number of C. Goldeneyes. Near dusk, Erik Collins also was able to observe it.
