If you don't support how the MOU is run, you should share your concerns with me, back channel, so we can talk about ways to improve. The MOU is always looking for new ideas and welcomes participation. Why don't you and I have a conversation about this, Richard?

And what if one doesn't support HOW the MOU is run? Should one still give money
in that case? I say no.

Subject: [mou-net] support for MOU-net

The fact that you’re reading this means that you are a subscriber to the MOU-net listservice. I know that for you MOU-net is an important tool providing the opportunity to communicate with other birders and to learn about what birds are
being seen in what locations.

This listservice is provided to you by the Minnesota Ornithologists’ Union (MOU), as a service to Minnesotans who are interested in birds. Please do your part to support the organization that makes MOU-net possible. Tuesday, November 16, is Give to the Max Day, a day on which thousands of Minnesotans will go online to donate to the Minnesota non-profits of their choice. Please visit www.givemn.org and search for Minnesota Ornithologists' Union. Your donation
will help the MOU to continue serving the birds and birders of Minnesota.

Thank you in advance for doing your share to support the MOU and MOU-net. Ann Kessen
MOU president
