I finally forced myself out into the cold after a few week break yesterday and
today.
Birds at Mill Pond in Shakopee

Tundra Swan (resting and walking on the ice behind the pond only seen there
today)
Trumpeter Swan (today only)

notice yesterday, picked out a couple pure yesterday, but had a hard
time picking one out amongst the many Mallard today though I'm pretty
sure I saw one)
American Wigeon (1male today)
Bufflehead (male both days)
Common Goldeneye (pair today)
Blue Lake sewage Pond (visibility was better today)

Blue Lake-Quite a bit more was frozen this morning and there was only a
female Common Merganser on the lake. Yesterday there were Trumpeter
Swan, Canada Goose, Mallard, Common Goldeneye, Common Merganser, and
Hooded Merganser on the lake. Also the same 2 Bald Eagles were around
the lake both days.
In Carver County, there was a small flock of Horned Lark(2), Lapland
Longspur(~10), and Snow Bunting(~18) southwest of Cologne.
