I can't guarantee raptors here all of the time, but if you want to take a look 
the location is in New Brighton - roughly the East side of Old Highway 8 (5th 
Ave NW) between Hwy 694 & 14th St NW.  This is in the NW corner of the 35W & 
694 Intersection, across Old Highway 8 from Long Lake & Rush Lake.  Email me
