Monday 1/3/11 at about 10:30 AM I was driving up Hwy 61 to I-94 going west into St. Paul. At the first Mounds Boulevard exit sign going west on I-94 sat a mature Red Shouldered Hawk just watching traffic. It was not there on the return trip about 90 minutes later. Jim Fitzpatrick
