The Minnesota DNR is seeking input as it starts work on a Comprehensive
Conservation Management Plan for federal lands leased by the state in the
Beltrami Island State Forest/Red Lake WMA area. There will be three public
open houses, two this week (in Baudette and in Warroad) and one next week
(in Bloomington). More information and public comment forms can be obtained
by visiting the project website at www.beltramiisland.info.
