Spent the day guiding Nature Adventure PBS crew around the bog today and was
able to show them a Hawk Owl and a Great Gray Owl.

Other birds:

-Black-backed Woodpecker ( Thanks Kim Risen! ) east side of McDavitt Rd on the
recently bulldozed logging road
-Common Redpolls at Admiral Rd feeder and Dave & Helen Abramson feeders
-Gray Jays
-Pine Grosbeaks

Warm weather -- spent the day walking in the snow with running pants and
running
shoes!

* Met several photographers in the bog and was nice to meet up with the
National
Geographic crew after several hit & miss on the cell phones.

Tomorrow is the start of the Sax-Zim Bog festival!! Should be a good festival
.. with so many birds cooperating!
