Long-tailed Duck (1): ad winter female with raft of goldeneyes, mergansers, bufflehead, and ruddy ducks seen on Lake Waconia from pullout on north side of lake on North Shore Rd, just east of intersection with Brekke Blvd. Scope necessary.
