Saw about 20 Trumpeter Swans on the Minnesota River a couple of days ago. Yesterday I found to House Finches dueling by song in Chanhassen. And today in Chanhassen I found Song Sparrow, several Red Wing Blackbirds, and a Robin singing. Downtown I saw a Grackle near the post office. Spring has sprung. The trees are budding, but I haven't seen anything coming up in the garden. Yesterday I saw a couple of small flies on the window and last night there were at least three different kinds of small moths.
