The Cottage Grove Swainson's Hawks must be back on territory as one was circling over Highway 61 just south of Jamaica Ave. and north of the Drive-In around 3:30 p.m. yesterday. In Dakota County there was a pair of very curious Barred Owls hooting and flying over my family at the Lower Spring Lake Park Archery Range Unit.
