There is a mudflat emerging at the north end of the lake that Red Rock Road
runs along in St. Paul. On most maps the lake is unnamed. Today there were
only a few Lesser Yellowlegs and a Solitary Sandpiper present.

Also worth checking is where Red Rock Road dead ends and a trail leads down to
Pig's Eye Lake. This afternoon there were Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs
foraging in the shallow water.

Red Rock Road can be reached by taking the Maxwell Ave. exit from either 494 or
Hwy. 61.
