I was on the U of M campus about 4:30 this afternoon in Hennepin Countyand took a walk on the trail below East River Parkway. There was a small flock of WB nuthatches and BC Chickadees making a lot of noise and then there was a quick wave of other birds coming in. I didn't have enough time to sort through all the birds as I had to get going, but favorites were a Black-throated Green Warbler and a Northern Cardinal.
