About 5 this afternoon I was outside talking to a neighbor. 5 big birds flew
low overhead. They looked to be all white, and long and slim. I see lots of
geese flying around, these definitely weren’t geese. I have to assume they
were swans. I see a few swans in our local Silver Lake during most springs,
but haven’t seen any flying. Other than that not much interesting here, Canadas
and the occasional Ross with them, Robins are gone, some Juncos still here.
Chickadees and Red-breasted Nuthatches always.
