With permission from the MOU we make the following announcement: Celebrate the arrival of spring by participating in the *HASTINGS AREA BIRDING DAY *ON APRIL 19, 2014. The Hastings Environmental Protectors have teamed up with the City of Hastings & CNC to host the Birding Festival for a second year. Some of the highlights are: *Youth Big Day Birding Competition, *"Landscaping for Wildlife" talk by Carrol Henderson, an "Introduction to Birding" class, a "Raptors 101" class, bird banding demonstrations and *guided field trips in the Hastings area*.
Participate in this all day event with a donation of only $2.50 per person or $10.00 per person with box lunch.
