I just completed a search for "alpha codes for birds". The link in my "Favorites" was dead and so were several of the URLs I got from Google. I also searched all over the AOU website to no effect. I finally found a table on the USGS website. Click on "species list". It opens a giant list that includes all NAmerican birds, including AK and HI and also the Caribbean and all "accidentals" ever recorded, apparently.
