I am already seeing hatched goslings, so if they don't move the nest, it may be a non-issue in few days. Secondly, the hen will probably be noisy in defending the nest, so it won't be easy to sneak up on her. She also will probably successfully defend the nest against short people, who probably won't approach her anyway.
