I just received an email with diagnostic photos of a juvenile Brant near the Edna G tugboat on the Agate Bay waterfront in Two Harbors. I have not heard back from the photographer, Gary Leeper, but I'm assuming the photo is from yesterday (10/18). I am headed out the door and will send an update when I can.
