I think I just saw one along 494 in Minnetonka/ Eden Prairie. Going SB on 494, just north of the Valley View Rd exit. Sitting on one of the electrical towers a long the freeway. All white bird the size/shape of a RTH, with some dark brown tail feathers. Erica FormanHopkins
