I saw a leucistic Red-tail in Plymouth last Tuesday while birding with my
3rd graders. It was soaring - did not see it perched. Some of the
feathers appeared tattered.

I just spotted this hawk at 6:45PM tonight near the same spot on 494 SBbut
on the sound barrier. Last year I saw this hawk at the same spot in the
August time frame.

I think I just saw one along 494 in Minnetonka/ Eden Prairie. Going SB on
494, just north of the Valley View Rd exit. Sitting on one of the
electrical towers a long the freeway. All white bird the size/shape of a
RTH, with some dark brown tail feathers.
