A Long-tailed Duck was sighted in Wigwam Bay of Mille Lacs Lake this later afternoon swimming about with the Scaups present too. Along the west side of the lake at the intersection of CR25/Hwy169 (this is in the Mille Lacs County...spur south of the Crow Wing countyline). Park in a small pull out left on CR25 and set up looking across Hwy 169...and ignore the traffic..(.and the many rumble strip drivers!) (MiltB. DOrr).
