Three Rivers Park District invites all birders to Murphy, but we do have
several trails closed during the spring to protect the Hooded Warblers and
other nesting birds from disturbance. This includes the area mentioned in
the original email.

There are a number of open trails for birding in the park where Hooded and
Cerulean Warblers can be found. A map showing the trails can be found at:
https://www.threeriversparks.org/location/murphy-hanrehan-park-reserve

Thank you for following the our trail closures. It helps us protect the birds
and their habitat.
