In response to Kyle TePoel's post on bird strikesI have seen the benefits of Collidescape I bought through the American Bird Conservancy: https://abcbirds.org/get-involved/bird-smart-glass/. My treated windows look exactly like those on the ABC web-site. You can see through the window, to recognize what bird may be outside. The people in the company providing the coverings were highly responsive.
To me it is a clear-cut solution to the stadium fiasco in downtown Minneapolis. Environmentally aware architects can utilize this kind of material in their designs. I am sure others have good suggestions where one can see (from outside and inside) the utility of these coverings in public buildings.
