Hi Birders, 20 birders had a great morning of birding at Westwood Nature Center Today! 53 species were seen including, DC Cormorant Great Blue Heron Green Heron Canada Goose Wood Duck Mallard Coopers Hawk Wild Turkey Ring-billed Gull Mourning Dove Rock Dove Chimney Swift Ruby-throated Hummingbird Red-bellied Woodpecker Downey Woodpecker Hairy Woodpecker Eastern Wood-peewee Willow Flycatcher? Red-eyed Vireo Warbling Vireo Blue Jay American Crow Black capped Chickadee White-breasted Nuthatch House Wren Marsh Wren Blue-grey Gnatcatcher American Robin Gray Catbird Cedar Waxwing Golden-winged, Nashville,Yellow,Chestnut-sided,Black and White, American Redstart Common Yellowthroat, and Canada Warblers.
