Hi, Based on the posting by Gregory Jahner III, on Thursday night and then again this eveing for a while, we have spent some time here watching the bird activity. Thanks Gregory for the info on this spot! Here's what Ive seen: Thurs: Great Egret Great Blue Heron Green Heron Virginia Rail Northern Harrier Yellow-rumped Warbler Ruby-crowned Kinglet heard Soras but could not visually spot them. Sat additions: Sora (got a visual this time!) Palm warbler, saw about 3-4 of these Yellow Warbler Also are some young deer including a young buck just sprouting some antlers we've seen on the pond edge on the east side of the road on both Thurs and Sat.
