Keith Olstad and I birded Murphy-Hanrehan most of the morning. It
took some time to find birds. After covering a few hundred acres we
found a field (Horse Trail trek) where we heard over a dozen Henslow's
sparrows and, despite our best efforts, saw nary a one. Returned to
traditional hooded warbler haunt and heard one calling. We finally got
it to come in close enough to view it on Trail 11.
