The laughing gull found yesterday evening at the Wells WTP has been seen sporadically today in the north ponds. Last seen at 4:50PM. Liz Harper found an adult surf scoter today on the south ponds. The sewage ponds are just west of Wells and are bisected by Cty Rd 109. 560th Ave is the eastern boundary of the ponds.
