There is an agreement between the neighborhood association and Mpls Parks. We would need to talk with both groups to update this agreement. We tried for two summers to attract martins, using a CD that played the dawn and daytime calls and we attached two decoys but had no luck. Now there is a successful PM house at nearby Cedar Lake.
