Noticed heavy ring billed gull activity on Lake Owasso south shore in Roseville across the street from where I live. Went and confirmed.my suspicions that the concentration was there probably to feed but by, I suspect, stealing fish from the flock of hooded mergansers as they surfaced after diving and catching a fish. Based on past similar experiences I just wanted to confirm this is in fact common ring bill gull behavior
