Some users have reported problems with the new website when using a cell phone. If you use an Android,
1. log into the MOU website on Chrome 2. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner. 3. In the menu that opens. select "Desktop Type". The website should then be working fine. The equivalent steps don't work for iPhones. If you use an iPhone, continue using the old website at https://moumn.org/index_v1.php until we figure out a fix for Apple devices. PCs, Macs, tablets, and iPads all reportedly work fine. All the subpages under a common main menu use the same color for the top menu. (Quick Links is the exception, as all of these pages are also found under other menus.) - Among the seven main menus, Quick Links is a list of those web pages most frequently visited, or relevant for the season we are in. - Under MOU, Administration, Contacts > Join or Renew Your Membership, you'll see that the web pages to renew using PayPal or a personal check have been combined into a single page. - The Birding in Minnesota menu now has links to all three social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. - Recently Seen and Showcase images have been combined into a single page (Publications, Checklists, Galleries > Photos and Galleries > Recent Images). Any MOU member uploading images here can select whether the image can be shown on the home page. The image that appears on the home page is randomly selected from the most recent 5 or 6 images uploaded. (Refresh the home page several times. You'll see different images appearing.) - Awards, Education and Outreach now splits the MOU Awards from one page into five. Also, links to Minnesota Bird Clubs are shown. - The rightmost main menu, My MOU Account, holds all your data and submissions (images, RQDs, etc.) to the MOU database.
