The Tutorial Organizing Committee of the Mexican International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (MICAI 2005, November 14-18, 2005, Monterrey, Mexico, http://micai.mty.itesm.mx) invites to submit tutorial proposals in topics related to Artificial Intelligence. Tutorials may cover surveys, theoretical issues, important advances, and practical applications of the field. Tutorials will have a 4 hour length and will be held from November 14-15, 2005, preceding the main conference.
Tutorial Submission.
A tutorial propolsal should contain the following information:
* A title and a brief descirption of the tutorial
* A detailed outline of the topics to be presented
* A description of the target audience and pre-requisites expected from participants
* A brief resume of the tutorial speaker(s), which should include name, postal address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address and background in the tutorial area
* A descrption of the technical requirements
Contributors for accepted tutorials will be given a one-night-free stay in the conference hotel, and a full registration to the main conference. No further expenses will be reimbursed.
Important Dates:
* Deadline for tutorial proposals: July 22, 2005
* Notification of acceptance: July 29, 2005
* Tutorial materials due: August 29, 2005
* Tutorial date: November 14-15, 2005
