It looks like "virtual/glibc" was changed to "virtual/libc", so try
changing the DEPEND (or RDEPEND) in the ebuild.

Hi, thanks for the responses.
Actually, it is not that easy. If i jusst change glibc to libc, the
build fails due to filelength mismatch
it I correct that with 2 spaces, the build faisl with a checksum error :-P
I need to get started, so I think I'll compile from surce directly or
use binaries.
However, it seems that the current ebuilds from do not work on gentoo
2005.1.
