Never is not entirely correct :-).
In 2001, Denys Duchier, Leif Kornstaedt and me entered with a submission
that was half Oz half Alice ML and used a lot of constraint
programming. Unfortunately, it also was pretty naive in retrospect and
failed miserably... :-)
