Which version of Mozart did you use for your "old" .ozf files? Have
you seen an error message complaining about the pickle format's

If your functors were compiled with Mozart 1.2.5 or before, that is
normal. The pickle format has changed since Mozart 1.3.0 (see
"Pickling format" in
http://www.mozart-oz.org/documentation/changes/
node11.html#chapter.m130).
However, there should be no compatibility issue between Mozart 1.3.0,
1.3.1, and 1.3.2.
I haven't found any problem with my *.ozf files. As Raphael says,
there should be no problem between 1.3.x versions, but we had a
problem somewhere in between 1.3.1 and 1.3.2. Where you running a CVS
snapshot maybe?
I used some rpm of 1.3.1, so no CVS. However, I can not report the
exact details of that former Oz installation anymore. I simply did rpm
-e mozart and its gone..
