Garry,
Use the 'Certificate Setup Wizard' in iPlanet 4.1. You won't need to
complete process, as you only need to setup the trust database. Tell it
that you need to create/install a new certificate (one that you do not yet
have), and it will create the trust database & ask for a password. Once
this is created, cancel out of the wizard...
