PSM 1.x was created to allow multiple applications on the same machine
to share a crypto implementation. In order to allow your application to
talk with PSM you need to build your programs to run with the libraries
at http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/security/psm/lib/client and
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/security/psm/lib/protocol. One
example of an implementation linking against these libraries can be
found at http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/security/psm/lib/protocol
We are currently in the middle of writing a new PSM code base that is an
XPCOM component, so there may not be enough resources to help you if you
continue along this path.
