Also, most of the PSM cert stuff seems to center around certs that 
you've stored in the PSM repository.  Our current implementation 
guidelines require the user to maintain physical control of the cert (on 
diskette now, but smart cards or something in the future).  Would the 
combination of PSM/NSS allow me to write a plug-in (or applet) that 
prompts the user for the location of the cert and it's password?  I 
would need to do this when establishing the SSL session and of course 
for signing.
