In Netscape 4.7x there is the 'always send encrypted' checkbox which turns
on the encrypted option for newly composed email. This is somewhat tiresome
as most people I communicate with do not have certificates. I would like
'send encrypted if receipient certificate available' checkbox.
Symmetrically there ought to be a 'send signed if my certificate is
available' checkbox. You could even argue that these two checkboxes should
default to 'on' (for mail anyway).
One of the other annoying things in Netscape 4.7x is that when you click on
an encrypted message for the first time in a session, it tells you that the
message cannot be decoded and then pops up the dialog box asking for your
PSM password. Please don't replicate that bug!
