It can't be made to work as is, you will have to make changes to the JSS build system for it to work with a Mozilla build tree as opposed to an NSS build tree as it is setup today.
This is infortunate - I may try to do it someday but I really didn't factor this kind of problem into the jss packaging.
The NSS build tree is a *lot* smaller than the Mozilla tree.
The NSS source package includes everything needed and should be rather fast to recompile.
