The only thing I can think of is that perhaps mozilla/directory/c-sdk/ldap/libraries/msdos/winsock/nsldap.mak somehow ends up having a leading newline in $(BUILD_DIR). Is there any chance your $(MOZ_SRC) env variable has a leading newline in it? Dan
