Good evening,
You can find an updated version of my possible (ha!)
Mozilla.org design,
http://geocities.com/hollowaynz/mozilla
Or screenshots of the page to compare in different
browsers,
http://geocities.com/hollowaynz/mozilla/comparison
The new version works much better in N4 and N3. The
printable CSS is also improved. Geocities screws with
the HTML a little, so if you want to confirm a bug
please check with this copy,
http://geocities.com/hollowaynz/mozilla/v2.zip
A high-res copy of the Mozilla image is available too,

...
I'll organise the the definition list. How does
/define/[whatever] fit within the hierarchy? I think
definitions should show up in Mozilla.org search
results too, eh?
Initially I considered a Wiki
(http://c2.com/cgi/wiki), or the Everything engine
(http://www.everydevel.com), but I have some
reservations on both counts. Wiki uses it's own
simplistic syntax to produce markup. Wiki doesn't have
two-way links. 'Everything' is far too heavy-weight
and isn't really about single definitions.
So if there's no known tools that anyone might
suggest, I'll write one.
The tool must to have a public submissions queue that
editors can promote to use as a definition. Must have
two-way links. I would prefer submitting HTML, with
the additional syntax of square brackets [] being a
link to another node:
