Because it is a small, supposed-to-be-low-profile group concerned with the
implementation of a proof-of-concept www.mozilla.org on top of Zope. The
reason this was done was because Paul Everitt, the Zope guy, has limited
bandwidth.
The reason those messages were moved here is that we are attempting to
keep all discussion not directly relevant to the test site in the
newsgroups rather than on the list. We are being inclusive :-)
