Rubbish :-) We don't need no steeking consent. Seriously, if we asked
everyone before we changed anything that might affect them, we'd never get
anything done. This is why I hope the new Zope-based site will move away
from "Person X owns Page Y" to "We all own, and are responsible for, all
of it."

We have 10,000 open bugs. I am seriously starting to think that we don't
need to _encourage_ the filing of more. We don't need to discourage it,
either. But we should definitely not make it easier.
