Fabian, Gerv, this structure looks really good. I think it would be a very good idea to create this structure on moz.zope as soon as possible. Even if it's just empty directories, or pages with nothing in them (just "QA stuff will go here"). Even if it's just the top-level directories.
That would allow people to see how well the navigation elements really work & make suggestions for the Zope CMF skins. But more importantly it gives people a container to start dropping things in. Documentation's not like code. You need a good structure, but not a perfect one.
