I agree, Gerv. Let's see what we have and then figure out how to incorporate it.

Having said that, however...I'd like to point out bug 145056, which
shows one way of organizing some new Help content in Mozilla. I don't
know if "Tools and Development" is quite the way we want to go at the
top, but some new high-level entry in the TOC might accomodate a lot
of the advanced topics that are missing from the Help currently.
