But, unfortunatelly this shows an ugly bug in stylesheet switching in Mozilla. For the dynamic version I've put "display:none" to hide the index and the answers. But when switching back to the static version, the index and the answers are still hidden. =( And there's an ugly margin that keeps appearing and disappearing between the answer and the question in dynamic mode. It seems I'll need to create to separate versions instead of relying on stylesheet switching, which is a thing I didn't want to do. One reason is printing. Only the static version should be used for printing.
