Have a look at "How to get involved" at the start page. Basically in mozilla.org there are the newsgroups for discussion and asking questions and bugzilla is used to track something (not just bugs, but lots of other processes, too). Some parts of Mozilla have sections on www.mozilla.org that are more or LESS uup to date. Finally there's source code. I added a list of links (sorry, not completely updated -- esp. I found some more bugs) that I find useful for Mozilla.
