Just for the record, I'm leaning towards dropping the politically charged "end-user" term. We are not aiming to cater to the audience of users who don't know how to use a web browser, mail/news, etc. But we are aiming to cater to those who are new to the Mozilla project, to get them involved in QA efforts and contributing back that way usefully. The next revision to my management roadmap will reflect that.
