On 08 Jul 2002, it is alleged that Boris Zbarsky sauntered in to
netscape.public.mozilla.documentation and loudly proclaimed:

Right, but that's /not/ the point, especially in the case of technotes,
where you're looking at something much more open. I'd also say that
developing /any/ docs in Zope and /then/ checking in to CVS (which,
according to fantasai, is not yet capable of being automated :-( ) makes a
lot of sense in as much as you would keep a revision history distinct from
CVS blame as such.
Basically, what it comes down to is that in some instances CVS /itself/ is a
barrier to the creation/development and maintenance of effective
documentation.
